Yes, for up to 3 firearms, with no card and no time limit. The Free plan includes records, licence reminders, ammunition, range sessions, documents and the PDF reports. Pro adds unlimited firearms, spreadsheet import and the AI tools.

A spreadsheet will not email you before a licence expires, keep the photos and receipts with each firearm, or take rounds off your stock after a range day. ArmiHQ does, on any phone, and you can still download everything as Excel or CSV whenever you like.
No. ArmiHQ is your own record and reminder system. Your licences, permits and the authority’s register remain the official documents, and you stay responsible for meeting the conditions of your licence.
It was built in Malta for owners in Malta, the rest of the EU and the UK. You can record licences, permits and documents from any country, and firearms are classified in the EU categories A to D.
Yes. ArmiHQ works in the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There is nothing to install from an app store.
In the EU: the database and files are in Ireland, and the application servers in Dublin. The database only returns records to the account that owns them. We never sell your data. The security page explains the details.
Yes, with Pro. Import your firearms and ammunition from a CSV file saved from Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. ArmiHQ checks every row and tells you which ones were saved and why any were not.
The AI Gunsmith answers questions about cleaning, malfunctions, ammunition and EU rules. Photo quick-add reads the make, model, calibre and serial number from a photo of the box or receipt and fills in the form for you to check. Both are part of Pro, and nothing is sent unless you use them.
From Settings, at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to Free with all of your records kept.
Yes. Download PDF reports, Excel or CSV spreadsheets, or a full copy of everything. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your records, photos and documents.
